Loving Doves Wedding Record

This is from Dimensions' The Gold Collection of cross-stitch kits. This is kit #65005, "The Loving Doves Wedding Record". It is a counted cross-stitch on 18-count aida cloth with a finished size of 88 x 126, or 12.5 cm x 17.8 cm, or 4.9 in. x 7 in. Took me 85.5 hours to complete over about two months. I know the exact time it took to complete because I scanned it after every four hours of work.
Okay, my name is neither Jennifer, nor Robert. But it was stitched for someone, who in turn gave this -after it was framed and matted- to the couple. Now I just have to hope they stay married, since this is not something that would stay on display otherwise...
I have to say that many/most "Wedding Record" cross-stitches out there look ghastly. I only agreed to stitch this thing after tracking down one of those "records" that looked (much) better than an average one. Of course, as you can see, it looks great, but the chart was an absolute pain to follow. There is something like 25 colors in this thing, and intermixed every which way in a seemingly random placement. And the lines for the back stitching on the pattern made things more difficult that it should have. Then if that wasn't enough, there's lazy daisy stitches and beads too... There is a lot crammed into a small place.
